Who is the Concierge Membership for?
It's available for both adults and children. It's especially well suited to busy, working individuals who want direct provider access and care that fits their schedule.
How many visits are included?
Four 30-minute nurse practitioner visits are allotted each month. Additional provider visits are 10% off for members.
Can I do visits virtually?
Yes. Visits can be in-person, by telemedicine, or by phone. In-home or in-office visits also come with 50% off the travel fee, including mobile IV therapies and sick visits.
When can I reach my provider?
Members have access from 6am to 9pm, seven days a week. After-hours calls are returned the next business day.
What if I need care for a more urgent issue?
Members get access to natural treatments with a root-cause approach for more urgent issues, within the expanded 6am–9pm hours.
How long is the commitment?
The membership is a 3-month contract. To cancel, a 1-month cancellation notice is required.
What discounts do members receive?
