Weight Loss Plan: bi-weekly 15-minute check-ins for 8 weeks, then a monthly 15-minute consult. Labs every 3 months.
Longevity Plan: targeted 15-minute consults aligned with your protocol cycles, then quarterly visits. Labs every 6–12 months.
