With a Bachelor of Arts in Writing, Design, and Technical Communication from Texas Tech University and a strong background in hospitality, Katie brings a unique blend of communication expertise, organizational skills, and client-focused service to the team.

She is skilled in creating efficient workflows, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring structure in compliance-sensitive settings. Known for her adaptability and precision, Katie is committed to providing a seamless experience for both staff and clients.

Outside of Seed Wellness, Katie enjoys long-distance running, fitness, and exploring holistic approaches to health and wellness.
