I am passionate about a holistic healthcare approach for individuals from birth through adulthood, and my goal for everyone, including myself, is to optimize physical, emotional, mental, and functional health. I love educating on these topics and talking about all things food-related. My happy place is in the kitchen or at a table surrounded by good food and wonderful people.
