Is this covered by insurance?
The program fee itself is not billed to insurance — it is a bundled, functional wellness program. Labs and some medications ordered during your program may be eligible for coverage depending on your plan. Patients are responsible for verifying coverage with their carrier and submitting applicable claims.
What toxins do you test for?
Testing is individualized based on your history and exposures. We commonly evaluate for heavy metals, mycotoxins (mold), environmental chemicals, pesticides, and solvents, among others.
Are the therapies FDA-approved?
Many of the therapies and supplements used in functional detox protocols — including IV nutrient therapies, compounded peptides, and nutritional supplements — have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for these specific uses. They are offered as supportive wellness therapies. You will be fully informed of this before any treatment begins.
Do I have to add IV therapy?
No — IV therapies are optional and offered at a 10% discount. Many patients choose to add them because they can meaningfully accelerate the process, but your protocol is built around your needs and preferences.
What if I feel worse before I feel better?
This is common during detox — sometimes called a Herxheimer reaction — and is often a sign your body is responding. We prepare you for this and support you closely during the early months of the program.
Can I message my provider between visits?
Yes — through the patient portal for protocol clarifications and follow-up on existing concerns. New or evolving clinical issues may require a scheduled visit. Responses within 2 business days.
What is your refund policy?
You may receive a refund for unused visits before your second visit is completed, minus a small administrative fee. After Visit 2, the program fee is non-refundable. Full details are in your program agreement.
Can I start at any time?
Yes — we offer program enrollment on a rolling basis. There's no set cohort start date; you begin when you're ready.
